There aren’t many people who never faced this problem that
begins with puberty. Blackheads are sebaceous blackish plugs in the pores of
the skin that are infected and inflamed,
and cause painful red pustules. They
usually appear on the nose, but can appear on the whole face, and besides the
nose, they are often found on the chin and forehead.
Sometimes covering the blackheads with makeup is not the
right solution. If you are consistently applying powder, and do not remove it
for more than a few hours, you will only exacerbate the situation because it
closes the pores and the already appeared blackheads are stuck or frozen, until
you remove the powder and the blackheads continue growing.
However, there’s a solution to this problem!
If you’re one of those who dislike the steam inhaling on
chamomile tea, then the best time to conduct the treatment would be after a
shower, when the pores on your face are open.
Instructions:
- First remove the dead cells that the blackheads imprison in the pores of the skin. It can be done very effectively with face peeling. You do not have to buy expensive products, it is enough to dampen the face so you can apply a mixture of olive oil and sugar, and rub your face. Rub it in circular movements and be careful. You mustn’t be harsh with your face. You can also use coffee grounds can be used for this purpose, or wheat germs.
- The next step is making the mask itself.
- In a bowl, place 2 – 3 tablespoons of baking soda. Gradually add mineral water and stir until you get a nice thick mixture.
- Apply this mask, on the face, and rub the critical places a little to ensure it will work deep into the pores.
- Leave it to stand for 10 minutes, and then rinse.
Repeat the procedure 2 – 3 days a week. Even after the first
application you will notice a huge change. However, this mask tends to dry the
face. Therefore, after each treatment, apply a few drops of coconut oil, and
rub nicely.
It is recommended once a week, to moisten your fingers with
coconut oil and massage your whole face for a period of 8 – 10 minutes. The hand
massage is unrivaled!
